Rachel co-owns and helped launch Dojo Agency. She advises on operations and finances. Rachel is Faculty Counselor and Instructor at Mt. Hood Community College. Her expertise as career counselor and business coach helps lead our team building efforts with employees and clients.

Jeff co-owns and founded Dojo Agency. He is a communications strategist and creative director. He has helped businesses craft stories since 1995. His award-winning career portfolio includes agency work with 15 of the Fortune 100. His expertise spans executive production and management of brand, marketing communications, and advertising for traditional and digital campaigns.

Thomas is a design problem solver. He loves being able to tell stories through strongly designed materials and branding. Thomas finds design inspiration everywhere, from the Pacific NW mountains to the murals, art and architecture dotting Portland’s urban landscape.

CEO, Intuitive Digital
Chris has been an animator, designer and storyboard artist since 1998 for such clients as Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Laika, Vooks, NPR and many others. He directed a short film "Chixculub" that was accepted into several film festivals and directed short pieces for Marvel's "Avengers Endgame" special features. Does this make him an actual superhero? We think so.

Nathan is a commercial cinematographer and photographer all around the world including countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. He loves any opprtunity to create, work with creative people and travel. He has worked on amazing projects with with wonderful clients including cinematography work for companies such as AT&T, Under Armor, Verizon, Cabelas, Kaiser Permanente, Wacom, Nike, Adidas and Honda.
