Jeffrey has extensive agency experience with creative-strategy, management and communications. Since 1995, in brand, broadcast, interactive, print, and outdoor. He is also founder of Writers’ Dojo, a center for literary artists.
Tamara Grigsby. Creative Director. Account Manager.
Tamara is a veteran Art Director and CD with agency, corporate, and production management experience, including a decade with Regence BlueCross BlueSield. Tamara creates, upholds, and polices the creative vision for numerous clients.
Jason Finley. Account Executive.
Jason is a sales and customer service professional. He has worked in sales for a decade holding management positions. Jason is a phenomenal listener and problem solver. He is often the Dojo’s initial connection with prospective customers.
John Stricker. Designer.
John is a graphic design pro. He works in print, Web, outdoor, packaging, and production. John is our point man for numerous clients, ensuring that we are on time and on brand. John is also a photographer and artist.
Rachel Selin. Director of Client Services. Office Manager.
Rachel helps ensure clients remain long-time loyal fans of the Dojo. She has extensive sales experience in B-to-B and B-to-C industries. She is also an actor, graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

20-years of professional design experience. In addition to creative vision for our clients, Kim has designed for the hottest agencies in Portland. Her work includes Intel, Jeld-Wen, Outrigger Hawaii, and many more.
Kelly Coughlin Casey. PR Director, Publicist, Strategist.
Kelly builds national advertising and public relations platforms, negotiates national media and sports/entertainment sponsorships, and creates interactive platforms supported by SEO/SEM practices. She is the principal and owner of Annex Communications.

Author of the acclaimed short-story collection Eyeheart Everything, several dozen ‘zines, a religious self-help column in the Portland Mercury, and over fifty thousand lines of Perl and PHP. Help! A Bear Is Eating Me! is his first novel.

Kevin has worked with dozens of brands, in IT and marketing functions. He defines programs and tactics that drive results. He spent 7 years managing Web dev for adidas-Salomon Group. He is co-founder of WeClick and manages US operations.
